We are the residential neighborhoods east and west of the proposed re-zoning and proposed construction of Ochsner Children’s Hospital.

Ochsner Health is requesting to construct a children’s hospital, parking garage, and hotel by re-zoning fifty-one single family homes on Betz and Deckbar to hospital zone (H1 or H2) and subsequently razing these homes for hospital development.
